London: 16th November 2022 – ITRS Group, the leading provider of real-time enterprise monitoring and analytics software to global financial institutions, today announces that it has appointed Rob Jardine as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). The appointment comes as ITRS seeks to showcase the importance of their monitoring and observability platform to clients in financial services and across other industries.
Rob brings with him more than 20 years’ experience in SaaS, technology marketing and consulting. He has previously held senior roles at Bain & Company, LoopUp plc and Carphone Warehouse and has worked extensively with private equity backed companies. Leveraging his experience, his role will be focused on accelerating ITRS’ already formidable company growth.
The appointment comes as part of ITRS’ wider mission to bring operational resilience and business performance management to the forefront of business strategies worldwide. Increasingly complex IT estates have made it harder for businesses to achieve full oversight across their operations, causing high profile technology outages to become a common occurrence. To alleviate this, it’s essential that businesses ensure around the clock observability of their systems, and that they have the technology in place that should a problem occur, they can get to the root of it in seconds.
Guy Warren, CEO of ITRS Group, comments on the appointment: “We are thrilled to have Rob on board. His unique experience and breadth of expertise will be essential as we look to grow our presence in the financial services space, and beyond. ITRS is on a mission to ensure that operational resilience and observability is a board level discussion, and with Rob’s support we can do this. He will be an integral part of our team and company success in the years ahead.”
Rob Jardine, CMO at ITRS Group, adds: “I am delighted to be joining ITRS at such an exciting time for the business. ITRS has long been at the forefront of ensuring IT estates are always-on, however as companies face yet more and more threats, ITRS has continually stayed one step ahead. Working for a company that not only is leading in its field, but also has a strong workplace culture was important to me, and therefore ITRS was the obvious choice.”
